I have to admit I didn’t like Nathalie at first, but after I got into the story, she progressively took me by surprise when she decided to really take a chance on Liam and on living again! But from the moment he starts helping Nathalie, something more starts building between the two of them. Liam has never had any feelings for Nathalie before his best friend’s death. I had the plot twist in my head since I started the book and I was glad to see I was right (on both twists)! The second half of the book is the best in my opinion. But once I got into it, I couldn’t put it down.
